On the downside, the unfinished ceiling in my bathroom, a result of a leak, showcased mildew—a major letdown that needed immediate attention. I am reaching out to the hotel with detailed photos for resolution. Despite this setback, the amenities like the fitness center and indoor pool offered relaxation after a day of work. Overall, the Holiday Inn Express in Denton caters well to business travelers with its functional features, but room maintenance requires improvement for a truly comfortable stay.
